Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • France, Europe & United States: typically 7–10 business days after shipment.

  • For other international destinations, please allow a few extra days depending on local postal services and customs processing times.

We always strive to ensure your order arrives on time.
However, Nahua cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • severe weather conditions,

  • or customs clearance processes beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
